CONNECTED DATA. CLEARER DECISIONS.

Restaurant analytics & data integration.

A connected view of restaurant sales, marketing, loyalty, and operations. Bring the systems behind each location into reporting that owners and teams can use.

Connect your restaurant technology.

Your POS records sales. Loyalty shows repeat visits. Guest feedback describes the experience. Accounting puts those numbers into a financial context. Separate reports make it difficult to compare the same business period or understand how locations differ.

PB Dataworks builds data integrations and business intelligence around your existing restaurant systems, with agreed definitions and a clear source for each number.

  • Toast: POS sales and transaction reporting.
  • Thanx: loyalty, guest engagement, and repeat-visit reporting.
  • Ovation: guest feedback and experience reporting.
  • Restaurant365: accounting and restaurant operating data.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HighLevel: marketing performance and available lead records.
  • OpenEye: separately scoped operational video and event workflows where access and the intended use have been approved.

These are platforms we have connected in our work, not a claim of vendor partnership or a promise that every field is available in every account. Each engagement starts by reviewing permissions, APIs, exports, and history.

Measure campaigns alongside actual sales.

Platform-reported conversions and POS revenue answer different questions. We keep those definitions visible while building campaign-to-revenue reporting around available identifiers, campaign tags, transaction records, and approved matching rules.

Where a customer or order can be reliably linked to a campaign, reporting can show that connection. Unmatched orders, overlapping channels, and estimated outcomes remain separate from verified attribution. A sales increase alone does not prove an advertisement caused it.

  • Marketing spend and verified attributed sales at an agreed grain.
  • New and returning guest performance where customer records support it.
  • Location-level sales trends with consistent time and location mappings.
  • Loyalty activity and guest feedback alongside operating results.

Reporting that agrees with your systems.

Restaurant analytics should reconcile to the source reports your team already trusts. We agree on net versus gross sales, refunds, discounts, business-day boundaries, location IDs, and late-arriving transactions before publishing measures.

A Thanx loyalty population is not automatically the same as all Toast guests. Ovation respondents are not a complete census of customers. Restaurant365 financial periods may differ from a POS business day. We document those differences instead of forcing an artificial match.

Your dashboards can then support meaningful comparison across locations without changing the definition of the parent sales measure.

Start with one useful reporting outcome.

A first project can focus on a bounded question: a multi-location sales view, a loyalty performance report, or a marketing-to-revenue measurement plan. We review your sources, define the scope, build the connections, and test refreshes and reconciliation before expanding the reporting.

Share the platforms you use and the decision you need to make. We will start with the data and access required for that outcome, rather than replacing the systems that already run your restaurants.
